The customer expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if drafted
subsequent to these standard terms and conditions of sale. To be valid, any deviation must be
expressly agreed in advance in writing.
Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless a different payment date is stated
on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Aptagram srl reserves
the right to charge a fixed interest equal to 10% of the amount still outstanding. Aptagram
srl shall be entitled to suspend the provision of any service without notice in the event of
payment delays.
If a payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after its due date, Aptagram srl
reserves the right to refer the matter to a debt collection agency.
Some countries apply a withholding tax on the invoice amount, in accordance with their
domestic legislation. Any withholding tax shall be paid by the customer to the relevant tax
authorities. Aptagram srl shall under no circumstances bear costs related to the legislation
of any country. The invoice amount must therefore be paid to Aptagram in full and does not
include costs related to the legislation of the country in which the customer is located.
Aptagram srl undertakes to do its best to deliver services performantly within the agreed
timeframes. However, none of its obligations may be regarded as an obligation of result.
Aptagram srl may under no circumstances be called upon as a third party in any claim for
damages brought against the customer by an end consumer.
To be accepted, any complaint must be received by Aptagram srl by registered letter sent to
its registered office within eight (8) days of delivery of the products or provision of the
services.
All our contractual relationships shall be governed exclusively by Italian law.
